We recently delivered on this promise to one of our existing support customers. With hundreds of managers stationed all over the UK, the company decided to host a meeting in a central location to conduct training workshops for all managerial staff over a weekend. Before this could go ahead, however, they experienced an unexpected system failure on the Friday night which, if not fixed quickly, meant they would be unable to deliver the training the following morning. Highlander’s engineers were prepared and willing to travel to the site outside of working hours to apply an immediate fix to the customer’s system, allowing them to pick up where they left off as if nothing had happened. We go above and beyond for our customers, always driven by our core values.
